Introduction

Soft skills is a term relating to a person's social skills involving the cluster of personality traits, social graces, communication, personal habits, friendliness, language and optimism that characterize his/her relationships with other people. Soft skills complement hard skills (part of a person's IQ, for example), which are the occupational requirements of a job and many other activities. A person's soft skills including EQ play an important part of individual contribution to his work organization. Particularly those organizations dealing face-to-face with the customers and other employees of their or of other employees’ departments are generally more successful if they train their staff to use these skills. Screening or training for personal habits or traits such as dependability and conscientiousness can yield significant return on investment for an organization. For this reason, soft skills are increasingly sought out by employers in addition to standard qualifications.

It has been suggested that in a number of professions, soft skills may be more important over the long term than occupational skills. Some examples of soft skills may include skills such as;

Duration

Three days with six hours of interactive sessions each day.

Methodology

Venue

It would be good in the interest of the effectiveness of the program if the program is organized in a good quality Hotel or conference hall of the organization.
