Positive Work Culture
Introduction
Napoleon Hill, the famous author of the best selling book
“Think and Grow Rich”, was once asked, “Whom would you call the greatest living
person?” Without blinking an eyelid, he replied, “I AM”.
This program aims at making the participants realize that,
‘they are the most important persons’ and just by realizing this fact, they can
change their world - their lives, their families and their organizations. For
such a thing to happen, they need to come out of their negativism and enter
into a positive mind set where the Secret of success in life resides.
Objectives
After the completion of the programme, the participants
should be able to:

differences in the old business beliefs and new business paradigms/concepts.
2. Realize the
importance of change in the mind -set from negative to positive.

studies, audio – visuals, films, in– basket exercises, etc.

Three entire days (6 hours per day).
