other scenario, be it domestic, cross cultural or intercultural or any other
kinds of diversity have become critical elements. It is most important for all
business executives, managers and employees. As international, multinational,
transnational, multi-domestic, and global businesses continue to expand and
bring people closer, the most important element of successful business outcomes
may be the appreciation and respect for all kinds of cultural and interpersonal
differences in etiquette, manners and ethics that have become the hallmark of

Objectives
This program aims to arm you with business etiquette,

Duration
Duration of the workshop will be two full days.
Methodology
The program will use a mixed package of methods including
unstructured and structured sessions of lectures, exercises, games, case
analysis, audio – visuals and other exercises.
Target Groups
The program is targeted to all levels of supervisors,
managers and executives. In the interest of the effectiveness of the program,
the number of participants may not exceed 20 participants per batch.
